Terms of Service

1. These terms

By using BukNearby you agree to these terms. The service is operated by ANGELTOUCHBEAUTY GROUP & CO LTD, company number 16206679, Derby, England. Questions: Buknearby@angeltouchgltd.info.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate details and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, publish false information, or attempt to defraud other users.

3. Bookings

BukNearby is a marketplace that connects customers with independent businesses. The contract for the service itself is between you and the business. Businesses set their own prices, availability, cancellation rules and service standards.

Some bookings are confirmed instantly; others are requests the business accepts or declines. Please arrive on time and cancel as early as possible if your plans change.

4. Fees and payments

• Customer booking fee: a platform fee is charged per paid booking and shown before you pay. It is non-refundable, including where you cancel the booking, except where we cancel in error or the law requires otherwise. If the business cancels the appointment, the fee is returned to you as account credit. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for the full rules, including the 24-hour cancellation notice period.
• Business subscription: listing on BukNearby requires a monthly subscription, billed in the currency shown at checkout and renewed automatically each month until cancelled.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details. Currency and applicable taxes are shown at checkout.
• Businesses manage billing through the Stripe billing portal. Cancelling stops future renewals; the current paid month is not refunded.

5. Refunds

The service price is set and collected by the business, and refunds for services are handled by them. Platform booking fees are non-refundable except as described in section 4. If a business cancels a paid booking, contact us and we will work with you and the business to resolve it.

6. Business listings

Businesses must hold the rights to the content they publish and keep details, prices and availability accurate. Listings that lapse (cancelled or unpaid subscription) are hidden from search until renewed.

7. Reviews and content

Reviews must reflect genuine first-hand experience. We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive or infringing, and content that manipulates ratings.

8. Acceptable use

Do not scrape the service at scale, attempt to bypass payment, impersonate others, upload malicious code, or use the platform to break the law.

9. Liability

We provide the platform on an “as available” basis and do not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for the acts or omissions of independent businesses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Intellectual property

The BukNearby name, design and software belong to ANGELTOUCHBEAUTY GROUP & CO LTD. You keep ownership of the content you upload and grant us a licence to display it in connection with the service.

11. Ending your account

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached, subject to any outstanding payment obligations.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. Consumers keep the protections of the law of their country of residence.
