1. Parties and scope
This agreement is between ANGELTOUCHBEAUTY GROUP & CO LTD, company number 16206679, Derby, England (“BukNearby”, “we”) and the business that publishes a listing on the platform (“you”, “the Provider”). It applies for as long as your listing is live and covers every booking taken through BukNearby. By publishing a listing you accept these terms.
2. Your listing and subscription
- A live listing requires an active monthly subscription, billed in advance in the currency shown at checkout and renewed automatically each month until cancelled.
- Cancelling stops future renewals; the month already paid is not refunded. Listings with a cancelled or failed subscription are hidden from search until the subscription is restored.
- We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Changes apply from your next renewal, and you may cancel before then.
3. Listing accuracy
You must publish accurate names, addresses, contact details, opening hours, prices and availability, and keep them current. Listings that are misleading, duplicated, or that advertise services you are not able to deliver may be removed.
4. Bookings and your customers
- Honour confirmed bookings and the cancellation terms you display on your listing.
- Respond to booking requests promptly — customers are told when a business has not replied.
- The contract for the service itself is between you and the customer. You are solely responsible for delivering it, for your own prices, taxes, licences, insurance, health and safety, and for staff you engage. Nothing here creates employment, partnership, franchise or agency between us.
- Customers pay a non-refundable platform booking fee to BukNearby. That fee is not part of your service price and is not owed to you.
5. Content and licence
You keep ownership of the text, images and marks you upload, and confirm you have the right to use them. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and resize that content to operate and promote the platform. You must not upload content that is unlawful, misleading or infringing.
6. Data protection
For customer bookings, you are an independent data controller of the customer data you receive, and must comply with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Use customer details only to deliver and manage the booking, keep them secure, do not sell them, and delete them when no longer needed. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data as controller for the platform.
7. Reviews
Customers may review services booked through the platform. We may remove reviews that breach our content standards but we do not edit genuine reviews, and we may remove listings that manipulate ratings.
8. Platform availability
We work to keep BukNearby available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend a listing or account where these terms are breached, where payment fails, or where required by law. Where reasonably possible we will explain the reason and how to resolve it.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law our total liability under this agreement is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, or for the acts and omissions of customers or of other businesses. Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Term, termination and notices
This agreement runs while your listing is live. You may end it at any time by cancelling your subscription and unpublishing your listing. We may end it on notice, or immediately for a serious breach. Notices must be sent to Buknearby@angeltouchgltd.info for us, and to the email address on your account for you.
11. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
